When I connect my Comcast cable box to my DAC via coaxial cable all I get is "Tic-tic-tic." Both the DAC and the cable box work fine in other configurations. What's up?
My TV has an optical output. Not sure if it's a passthrough, has an analog to digital converter, stereo, etc. Not sure what it would do as I've never tried it. See if your TV has one. Maybe that'll work rather than swapping boxes?
