Creating DVD high resolution discs

I have a PS Audio Perfect wave transport. It says it will play DVD video discs that have WAV files of 24/196 attached to it and also the DVDs from Reference Recordings. Are these DVD-A discs or DVD_R. I know DVD R only can play back 24/96. I want to download 24/196 Flac files to these DVD discs. I know I have to convert the Flac to Wav first using XLD. I am using a Macbook Pro and want to know what program I need to create these DVD's and which DVD to use. Will my Mac be able to do this? Thanks for your help. The last question is can I download SACD's to DVD's and how would I do this?
