Counterpoint SA-9

Hello: Has anyone compared the SA-9 with another top of the line phono preamp such as the Aesthetix IO or Boulder Phono Stage? If so, can the SA-9 still keep up with the best of the best in terms of dealing with low output cartridges and adequate gain balanced with superb sonics? Thanks for your patience and help.

Yes, but only the Alta Vista modified version.
I found it wanting in the lower spectrum compared to the IO.
I recommend the current offering from Coincident as an interesting alternative, combining the best of both designs.
