+1 @fiesta75 Not a good match up with a tube stereo vs solid state AV amp. Its like comparing a plane to a helicopter. They both fly. Or a jet vs a prop plane? Ever tried crop dusting in a jet? IOW, it depends on the job. In this case, one is made for music, the other for movies. Yes, it makes a difference. I still prefer tubes. But I like a fair fight too. But maybe the OP learned something through this and will join us in the tube ranks |
