This is only a repeat of what my ISF guy told me.You would almost have to tear the set apart.Component input by passes the NTSC decoder,and has to be done from the ground up.I am in the same boat; Pioneer Elite pro 119 We just bought our sets to early. Component Video In Upgrade Possible?
I have a Hitachi 50" Ultravision that is two years old and it does not have comp. inputs but does have S-video inputs. Can I upgrade? How hard is it? I would like to do it myself (I am technical and good at soldering). Any info would be great. Tell me what to buy and were to solder to.
