Clearaudio Solution

Does anyone have a link to a good site where I can find a complete installation guide to this turntable. I have serious grounding problems.. Can anyone help me?

I have connected the grounding wire to the bearing beneath the turntable and the other end to the screw on the phono pre-amp...what else can I do?
