Classic Recs 180g or 200g QuietX SVP Rollin Bridge

Anybody have any experience comparing the 180g Classic Records reissues against their newer counterparts on 200g QuietX SV-P vinyl? I am interested in the Sonny Rollins' The Bridge specifically. Does this new vinyl do anything that much better than the (slightly) older 180g Classic versions?

My Classic records 200 gram copy of Kind of Blue also has many pops and noises. However the 200 gram issue of the bridge is one of the best sounding records I own. Positively alive and stunning, just remarkable. I often play this record for musicians when they visit.
Almost all of the 200g recent Classis issues I've purchased are full of pops and noise. Don't know what's going on with them - but I'm not buying any more. I'd hold on to the 180g if I were you.
