Classe' SSP-25

I am using a Classe' SSP-25 with a Pioneer Elite DV-05, DVD/CD transport. The Classe', when layer changing on a DVD, will lose signal lock and takes about two seconds to re-configure. Classe' has replaced this unit to no avail. Anyone seen a similar situation? Mike Colwell

I have a problem with the remote control SSP-25 (Classe). Every time when I change 2 AAA batteries today and next day the batteries are dead and when i replace the new batteries and it's work. So every time after use I have to take the batteries off from the remote and next day when I start to use it then I put back the batteries. The remote control eat batteries. Does any one has same problem? Thanks, Sean

I also have this problem but, it is more like a one second delay. Maybe we should present this to Classe as a group of owners.
Make sure you are using true 75 ohm digital interconnect cable! I had no concerns with my EAD Encore and Sony DVP-S7000, but had the same concern when I first installed my DVP-S7700! Changing the digital interconnect (to XLO) fixed it. Hope this helps.
also i DO NOT RECOMMEND CLASSE PRODUCTS -- if you have a problem -- good luck trying to get CLASSE to rectifie your problem . Customer support 1 star rating . You think for the 14k i spent that i can even get a return call . CLASSE 2 THUMBS WAY DOWN
try a sony 7700 DVD , Classe uses slow releys and once the signal is broken it will take the 2 seconds to lock back . There is nothing wrong with your ssp25 , just Classe's enginering .
