Classe DAC-1, service around Austin ,TX. HELP

I was so pleased with my purchase of a classe DAC-1, excellent performer, sounded really great in my system. I have used the unit for about a month with no issue at all...Then this morning I woke up to listen to some music and low and behold the right channel output has dropped to almost nothing. It still puts out sound, but not very much at all! I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced a similar problem with any of their units, and what is involved in fixing such a problem. I thought about getting into it myself, but then I thought twice. Let me know if you have any input at all.
