Christmas Jazz Anybody?

Can you recommend some good Christmas Jazz? I was listening to "A Charlie Brown Christmas," the other day and realized I don't have any Christmas Jazz. I'm thinking about classic jazz stylists (the real deal not elevator easy listening stuff). Any hard bop? Thanks
Go to then "guide to jazz music listed on our site" box. Click on the category "Christmas Jazz".
Hope you find something there you like.
BTW: The Verve Presents: Very Best of Christmas Jazz looks very interesting. The list of performers is impressive.

Ella Fitzgerald's "Swingin' Christmas." A staple at my house this time of year.

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!
Wynton Marsalis "Crescent City Christmas"

new Tony Bennett with Basie Band available at Bloomingdales is great.
George Shearing, Mel Torme, Dave
Brubeck, and Oscar Peterson all have jazzy Christmas CD's on the Telarc label. If you like big band jazz, there was an album of Mobil Fidelity a number of years ago, but I can't remeber title.
I know that Wynton came out with some Xmas tunes w/Mumbles a while back (early 90s)...might have been "Crescent City Christmas." I taped it off FM back in the day but never knew what the release was, but the tunes walk the fine line between traditional and new, with some of Wynton's harmonic "variations" that he does so well.
Not exactly jazz, but close is James Taylor's Christmas CD. The audio quality is among the best I know to boot.
Cyrus Chestnut & Friends " A Charlie Brown Christmas ". I second the James Taylor Christmas CD...Excellent stuff.
Happy Holidays.
Second the Tony Bennett and Count Basie Band:
"A Swingin' Christmas" excellent.

Boney James: "Boney's Funky Christmas" is very good also.
Windham Hill "Guitars (and other stringed things)". A Windham Hill Christmas Collection.
Windham Hill Artists D115251 circa 1996
Diana Krall has an outstanding Christmas disc. She "jazzes up" some of the ole' Christmas favorites. This is a must for the holiday season.
I second the Diana Krall Christmas CD recommendation.
The Ramsey Lewis Trio, Sounds of Christmas on Chess
trans siberian orchestra's 3 christmas cd's - excellent and even better in concert (have attended their christmas tour stop in portland every year) yellowjackets - peace round
fourplay - snowbound
Chcek these out:
Mannheim Steamroller.
Doug Robinson's "Jazz for a winter's eve" the fidelity and musicianship of this recording is so good you will want to hear it even in july!
