Changing the network cable make any difference?

I am currently using a wireworld  probably low end network cable. Would I benefit from upgrading aka "spending more money" my network cable? I have heard differences switching USB cables. If you have an input do you have a suggestion? I'm not much into cables that have to be plugged in.
