CDP Drawer problem

Cosmic is right.

There is a stepper motor that turns a gear that in turn moves a gear rack on your drawer. Probably one of two things have happened. The motor gear in relation to the rack gear has skipped a tooth or the stepper motor has become weak. I would consider getting it back to Cary or a good tech.

You might try powering down or unplugging the unit so that the drawer moves freely then hold drawer in while powering up. Hope this helps.
