Put your Plextor Premium in an external 5.25" USB/Firewire Case, and connect it via firewire or USB. This will allow you to isolate the CD/RW from the case. Get a Case with the powersupply external for even less interference.
Otherwise buy a Sata CD/RW, or buy a PATA (E-Ide) interface card and hook up your existing CD/RW to that card. And finally there are some E-IDE to Sata adapters lastly also.
