CD Review

For those of you that want to hear a state of the art recording of orchestral music, there’s a spectacular sounding SACD just released of Respighi’s Roman Trilogy.  John Wilson conducts the Sinfonia of London on a Chandos disc.  This will test the capability of your system to reproduce an orchestra.  There have been many great sounding recordings of this trilogy through the years, but this one beats them all.
The performance is great as well.

Thanks, I'll check it out.  It's on Qobuz in 96/24.  Not DSD, but probably close.
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll pick up a copy of the sacd.
Thanks!  Will look into it as well 😁
