CD player with digital input

I am considering a new CDP that I can use as a DAC with my computer.
Considering Oppo 105, Marantz SA8004, and Cambridge 840.
Just talking about redbook audio sound for now.

But only because I own some SACD's and DVD Audio disks and wish to play them. Otherwise I would keep the 840C, it is an incredible machine.
