CAT JL-2 Mk 2 sig.vs CARY 211 Anniversary

I am wondering if any of you "well tube versed" fellow 'philes can offer some thoughts for driving a relatively easy load( 6 ohms,never dropping below 5)with 88db efficiency(full range speaker).
Though I know the CAT has a fabulous reputation,the CARY seems to be a winner,and is a mono design(set)with fewer tubes.Of course I am interested in the "heat" factor,hence I am leaning,a bit,to the 211.
