What would be the benefit/difference in using a 2uf vs 0.22uf value as a coupling cap? Is a higher rating better?

My question to anyone has done the coupling cap upgrade on these monos. I have schematic of this 805C and swapped out two .22uF but I could not find the 2uF that has .22uF bypassed (from 300b to power tube).
