it is my understanding that the cary is all musical,the linn can play all formats including movies.....i have owned both companies and found them both to be very reliable , musically fun .....if i am correct, if you want movies and music,the linn....music only cary....please excuse me if i am wrong about the cary....i owned the 300/200 and think the 300 is just another upgrade ......i still own a cary cd , oppo movies...inexpensive and fun......buy music,movies
