Cartridge leads on Thorens TD147

Does anyone know how to replace the cartridge leads on a Thorens TD147 turntable tonearm? The proximal ends of the leads run into the detachable tonearm wand, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to replace the wiring. Really appreciate any suggestions.

I believe vinyl nirvana has a thorens specific section on their web site or a way of get to the web site that is thorens specific. Anyway on that site there is a gentleman who has step by step instructions on how to do it. Hope this helps.
