I have just commissioned my new Scheu premier and the bottom edge of the (80 mm) platter obviously moves up and down as it rotates. It seems the variation is approx 1.5 mm. Is this a common feature?
Thanks for your reply, I removed the platter and the collar is fine, but looking more closely at the platter the cause is that the platter varies in thickness.
