cable separation

Any ideas for keeping powercords and interconnects apart? Something like we use to keep sparkplug wires apart. What have you tried?

I found the pole insulators to work well but are heavy. I found that 1" foam pipe insulation found at Home Depot, for example, at about $1.25 for a 6' length is ideal - separates cables from one another, separates cables from adjacent racks to insulate from vibration, is inexpensive, and is easily cut to any length with a pocket knife.
Telephone pole insulators work great, look great and are cheap...The ones ( of course ) with the nice big groove in the top............I have them from 3" tall to 10" tall and love the look.....Recycle those old insulators........!
