BP Audio amplifier (Nelson Pass clone)?

Does anyone have info on this British Columbia Canada companies gear?

They apparently clone Nelson Pass using Nelson Pass boards.
A Google search came up with nothing.

Or are you simply saying they pirate his circuits, many of which are available in the public domain?
