A lot of the piano blues falls into the "boogie woogie", "jump" or "barrelhouse" subcategories.

Big Joe Turner performed with many on the list above.

New Orleans: Dr. John, Professor Longhair, Marcia Ball

James Booker - w/ Freddie King, Maria Muldaur ....
Pinetop Perkins
Otis Spann
Champion Jack Dupree w/ King Curtis

Downchild - Keep your 88's straight
Bill Wyman and the Rhythm Kings
The Twisters w/ Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne
Powder Blues
Roomful of Blues - not much piano but honourable mention
Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Ray Charles, Fats Domino ...
Mitch Woods and his Rocket 88's, also Marcia Ball.
Check out "The Great Johnny Adams Blues Album"
Yes, Marcia Ball for sure. We just saw her live in Feb and she and her band were "fantabulous". Her sax player is jaw dropping great. She sits at her keyboard, her long legs crossed in a long gown, and just plays and wails away. I died and went to heaven !! Wife liked it too but not as much as me !!
