Blown resistors CAT JL2 mk2

One of the tubes has failed, because of that some of the resistors were broken. Also the tube socket is broken

What brand does Ken Stevens use for the resistors and tube socket?

Anyway to post a picture of the resistors that are not burned? Or at least give a physical description.
