Should you remove the jumpers on the back of speakers if you biwire or leave them in? I can't remember if you remove the jumpers for bi-amping only.

You will not damage the speakers by leaving them in, however, it will render the bi-wiring meaningless if you do, so please, yes remove them.
Remove them if you wish to biwire. Leaving them in would do no harm but would make bi-wiring even more pointless, if possible.

Try it both ways and let us no the result. Seriously, I'm curious.
The spades on the Audience cable won't fit around my speakers binding post =( ...These are a borrowed pair so I can't reterminate them either.
