Billy Duffy- The Pursuit of Tone

Watched a pretty interesting interview on Uverse last night called "Billy Duffy- The Pursuit of Tone". It was an hour long documentary sponsored by Ernie Ball on the Cult guitarist's background and the technology and influences that shaped his signature sound. I found it interesting how he combined psychedelic effects with a hollow body Gretsch guitar. I personally like the British electric guitar sound using lots of echo and effects. Duffy is very articulate and seemed very humble. A guy you would enjoy having a beer with during a listening session who is arguably one of the more distinctive original rock guitar players around these days.
