0.4 = 0.40 volts all day long. I can't see any problem as long as you are sure of the scale that your meter was set at.
Biasing Anthem Amp 1
Well I think I did this thing right, but would like to hear from other Anthem or tube amp owners. The manual says bias for 0.4 volts and with the help of related threads I chose the volt setting and adjusted until the meter said .40 volts. Is this correct or did I just shorten the life of my new EL34's? Thanks for any input.
