Best PCI sound card for less than $80

What is the best sounding sound card I can get for less than $80, considering I will be listening to music on itunes, and playing games? Also... I;m running off of integrated atm... its painful...

Try a Creative Labs card. If you want to spend a little more try an EMU card. This one looks good. http://us.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=1&subcategory=208&product=16770
