B&W Nautilus 802

Anybody know the difference between the series 2 and series 3 version of this speaker? I'm assuming its driver/crossover related, but I don't know for sure. Is the series 3 speaker a better sounding speaker? If so, in what way and is the price difference worth the upgrade?

There is a ten year old 802 series 2 model on ebay. I'm considering putting in a bid. What do you think?
