I know the htm1 is made at the same time as my 802N but the htm3S is really close in specs and has different materials for the bass. So, if it was your home theater... what would you choose? i have both and they sound very close.
The one that sounds better to you. Obviously if you can't discern a difference save your money. Then again you loose the resale and the appearance thing, that's a personal thing I can't value for you.
