B&W 802D Binding Post Repair

One of the speaker cable binding post on my B&W 802D speakers is broken (B&W p/n CC09725, or WBT connector p/n WBT-0745). Does anyone know how to replace this part? Can I just screw it in/out or do I have to take the speaker base off first to make the repair?
