B-sides?

There are lots of great bands and artists out there with many hits we all know and love. It is easy, for me anyway, to stick with the "best of" of these and even lesser known bands. With some bands that might be all you need to hear. But with some bands/artists there is gold in the lesser known songs that never made it on the radio or got much air time.

With bands that I am deeply familiar with I know what those hidden gems are. What songs do you like that do not represent a particular band's or artist's popular or more acclaimed work?
For me, many if not most of Led Zeppelin's lesser known songs are the ones I like best. I doubt "In My Time of Dying" ever got played on the radio but it is my favorite Zep song. There are quite a few Van Morrison songs that are the same way for me.
Would love to hear your not-so-popular favorites from fairly well known artists.

While not in the classic rock genre, the Pet Shop Boys have a vast amount of B-sides and are quite famous for the 'quality' of their B-sides. In fact, they have released 2 double CD sets of B-sides (Alternative and Format) dating back the the mid-80s.
