Azimut Debut III?

Hi Guys,
It's a dummy question, but I don't want to break anything on my brand new turntable - the instructions say remove anti-skating stub (with ridges, around which anti-skating thread goes.) Done. then loosten a screw - which screw? there's one that looks identical to the earthing screw underneath the cartridge - i loostened it but the tonearm cannot rotate? I'm going crazy here, and feel very stupid. Will try to contact dealer today.
Anything obvious or any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Maybe I can give you free advice on IPT? ;)
