Audirvana locked up with "loading first track"

I use Audirvana to stream Tidal and the music files from my HDD.  It is hung up with the text "loading first track."  I can't get logged on to Audirvana to get some advice and their user blog is providing no answers.  Can any users help me sort this out?  Thanks.
