I auditioned a lot of speakers: Persona, B&W, Wilson, and others when I found Audiovector. I was actually introduced to it after listening to the Wilson bookshelf!
I spent a long time that day Listening to the Audiovector R1 arrete and just as I was leaving I asked about the R3 that was next to it. Over a many more visits as well as listening to other speakers I simply fell in love with the R3 arrete. I have a pair at home now that I've had for almost 6 months and they simply outstanding!
For me the AMT is what set AV apart from everyone else. I prefer the R3 to even the Wilson speakers.
