According to Audioquest the DBS wires are ready to go immediately and do not need burn in. Theory is the dielectric is already conditioned and stable and won't change over time thus effecting the electric fields around the wire. So, just connect up and enjoy.
Audioquest DBS cable, how long to "settle in"?
My fathers system is being almost entirely re-wired with the Audioquest wires for interconnects and speaker wire, all have the "DBS" Dielectric-Bias Sytem my question is with this approach does the wire take less time or more time to settle in and perform its best, and how long do users feel this will be? thanks
