audio research ls3 vs krell kc3

hi can some one tell me a different between audio research ls3 and krell kc3 which one is better sound thank you

We both used them in Balanced mode. We both had Krell KSA amps as well as Dunlavy SC-IV speakers. While both are supposed to be classics and excellent preamps, I preferred his more. I believe it was the tube.
