Audio Note TT-1 vs. Michell GyroDec

I have an Audio Note TT-1 w/ Michell Tecnoarm and Benz Glider H that I power with a Music Hall Cruise Control II. I have it running through an Avid Pellar phono pre and Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum. I mostly like the sound but could do with that last bit of detail, resolution and dynamics. I've always had my eye on a Michell GyroDec or SE -- would it best my AN or would it be a sideways move, even I got the Michell used in good condition?
