audio horizons ta18 amp owners

Was wondering if there are any audio horizon TA18 amp owners out there.If so,what do you think of it?How do they sound?Are there any other SET amps that someone might recommend in the 3-4 grand range,american-made only.I have 98db tekton oriel speakers and was wondering if they are sufficient for a 5.5 watt amp.I can not find any info about this amp anywhere.I am also looking into the atma-spere m-60,any thoughts by owners?Thanks in advance.
