Audience vs shunyata line conditioners

wondering if anyone has compared Shunyata line conditioning to Audience adept--also-anyone experience the "teflon capacitor version" of Audience vs the standard units---

Both of those units are fairly expensive. I wouldn't take a chance because it can cost you a lot of money if you are wrong. If you call The Cable Company, they can send both of those conditioners out to you for in home demo. That way you can try them both at the same time.
In my opinion, they are the two of the best. I have shunyata, my buddy audience. Both do the job, take nothing away. You get what you pay for.
IM using 2 Audience 6TSSD the best unit i have ever had both build quality and sound quality .
There are other threads on this that you may want to review.
I have both a Shunyata Hydra 6 and an Audience aR12-not the teflon version.
Both are nice but I would give the nod to the Audience. No power limitations and good bandwith. Best conditioner I have had and I have had several.
I have owned both (Shunyata Hydra 6) and currently have the Audience Arp2-TO. I can't speak to the newer Shunyata model power conditioners but the Hydra was an eye opener (ear opener) when I first installed it in my system. The unit quited the background noise that allowed my system to sing, wider soundstage, greater air and increased detail. Proof to me that power conditioners are necessary in most systems, as local electrical power is "dirty". I then installed an Audience Arp-1 and everything I got from the Hydra was multiplied significantly. But recently with the purchase of the Arp2-TO (Teflon capacitors) my system has reached levels I could never imagined. IMHO, I would say when comparing the Shuyata Hydra, the Audience power conditioners do a significantly better job quieting the background noise to let the music and all its detail truly be experienced. This is not a knock on Shunyata, great equipment. Go for the Teflon!
