Audible Illusion Modulus 3A CD connection

To Modulus 3A preamplifier users: how do you get the best sound from your CD player? Connecting it to the CD input or to the auxiliary input on the Modulus 3A? I've tried both but can't really decide.

I used the Tape In on my L1 when I had it.
Bigtee: hits the nail on the head with "You will only notice the difference if your systems overall resolution is up to snuff"
