You are correct. The onloy difference is the woodden enclosure. There is also a light on the pro models indicating if the mid and treble units are being driven too hard.

ATC SCM 100/150 pro vs. non-pro differences
I'm a little confused about something on the recent posts on the SCM 100/150 monitors. Are there any technical differences between the pro and non-pro SCM 100/150 monitors or is the only difference the wooden cabinet enclosure and stand of the non-pro?
