Are 1/3 octave spacings enough?

I have a test CD that has 1/3 octave spacing. Do you find that enough or would you rather have a couple more per octave?? I have a hole at 80Hz. Moving speakers only really moves the hole a bit. I would like to "see" more of what is happening.
I like the idea of the Rives CD having tracks for correcting the RS meter, but it has 1/3 spacing.

Would ultimatly like a full spectrum analysis with software and computer, but that is not feesable at this time.

"Oddly enough the 1/3 octave spacing yields the same results when setting up our PARC as does our very sophisticated software. I was very surprised by this myself--but time and time again and 2 reviewers later and the results are consistent."

Thanks for this info. It puts my mind at ease :P The test CD is officially on my Christmas list and if I don't get it I'll buy it myself. The ETF software sounds very interesting and I will review again once I get a better laptop.
