Because you prefer the Arcam's sound over the Denon. I'm not being sarcastic about it either. I have always found that a CD on a better player sounded better to my ears than an SACD on a lesser one. That's why I eventually gave up on chasing SACD sound and bought the best redbook player I could afford.
