Arcam AVR300 problems Only works in direct mode ?

Hi guys, I have an Arcam AVR300 that has worked flawlessly for years, but tonight it stopped working unless I put it in Audio Direct mode... Any ideas?

In direct mode all processing is bypassed. The DVDA mode is automatically direct and you may be able to use multichannel analog outputs from a Bluy-Ray or DVD player for surround sound.
