APL repair facility

My APL Denon 3910 is dying (often loud static when I turn it on, and even when that is not happening left channel distorting). I've no desire to send it to Bulgaria, but recall reading that there's a repair facility in Chicago--does anyone by any chance have the contact info for that?

How old is your Denon? Which DACs and tube it has? Did you try changing the tube first? Please do that and email me with the outcome, then we can talk about sending the unit to Chicago service center.
