Anyone here prefer songs without lyrics??

To avoid the ego loop echoing endlessly in the mind, one has to avoid lyrics in music.

to learn the new, to embrace the new, to be renewed in the self...the cup must be emptied from it's full condition, so the new can get in. 

Therefore, silence the mind, silence the ego, silence the inner voice. Don't excite it, don't feed it, and so on. This cannot be forced. the ego must be made to, or aided into going gently into the night..

And then, finally, the beginnings of intelligence.... can finally have a chance to be.
