Anyone heard the Ear 324 solid state phono amp?

Looking for any comments or comparisons with this, I think new phono amp from Ear. I've read it's thier reference model.

Full of compliments...suggesting that it is a competitor for the Manley Steelhead. Pricey at $3600 USD though.
