Anyone having problems with Tidal?


Is anyone having problems streaming Tidal? I cannot sign in on my iPad. I keep getting invalid token message. I'm using Mconnent app. I can sign in on my laptop. Installed roon out of necessity. Uninstalled and reinstalled all app, still nothing. Any input will be appreciated.

Turn your iPad completed OFF for 2 minutes and then start again (cold re-boot).

If that does not work, please search using "iPad invalid token message" and follow these suggestions. Please also confirm the date and time are correct on you iPad. FOR example, "An Invalid Token (or "token invalid") has to do with the time setting on your device. Tokens allow you to use the Ibotta app by providing the app with expiration dates and times adjusted for your time zone". This may, or may not be related to your issue.

I am not familiar with the Mconnent App. Please confirm all settings are correct, etc. Please keep us posted.
@jakesnak, Sorry, I have one more suggestion. Please turn your modem and router off for 2 minutes and then start the modem first and then your router. After everything is on, next is to turn on the iPad and log into Tidal. 

I am hoping the restarting of everything solves this issue. Please keep us posted.
I appreciate the input fellows. Evidently Tidal had an internal problem. Or Mconnent? A friend of mine in Calgary had the same issue, and the people at PS Audio (they use Mconnent with their bridge) had several calls about the same problem. However this morning all is well in the Audio world, working fine again. So now after setting up Roon I can compare as to what I like best. Again I appreciate the input. John
