The only thing I could find was a trademark for a "frequency dependent time delay to improve speech and music". It may be along the lines of the QOL by BSG or a "blumlein shuffler" type circuit or just a basic time delay circuit. Is there anything unique about the hook ups or do you have a picture of the inside?
